1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure a successful return process, please ensure the following:
Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging (including all tags, manuals, and protective films).
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3. Return Process
Contact Us: Email our support team at info@trbchemedica.hk with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Please attach clear photos if the item is defective or damaged.
Evaluation: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Ship the Item: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions and address.
Inspection: Upon receiving your item, we will conduct a quality inspection and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
4. Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), TRB Express will cover all associated shipping costs.
Other Returns: For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
Processing Time: You should receive the credit within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for the same item, we will ship the replacement once the original item has been inspected and approved.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any other agreements we provide to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
