Delivery Policy

FREE Delivery for orders above $ 500

Standard Home Delivery HK$40
If the order total at HK$499 or lower, we will charge a delivery fee of HK$40.

Delivery Information
After the order is confirmed, third-party logistics ( designated shipping company: SF Express (Hong Kong) Limited ) will deliver the product. Customers can receive it within about 3 working days after placing the order. Delivery Service is available Monday to Friday. There is no delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong areas (excluding outlying islands and restricted areas). Additional charges apply if stairs are involved during the delivery. In the event of a dispute, TRB Express' decision shall be final and conclusive.
